We guarantee the quality and genuineness of the products sold at our stores. In the event of products not meeting your expectations, exchange will be facilitated on all days during store trading hours within 15 days from the date of purchase.
Conditions for Exchange
- Cash Memo should be produced for exchange.
- Exchange valid only for the manufacturing defects.
- Misuse of products are not covered under any guarantee.
- Accessories and underwear’s are not entitled for any exchange.
- The item should be unused, unwashed and undamaged. It should be in a saleable condition and must have the swing ticket and the bill attached.
- The store deserves the right to decide whether the piece has been used, damaged or washed.
